Indian Cooking Recipe : Sev Puri/Poori
Ingredients :
10 nos flat puris (crisp)
50 gms fine sev
½ cup curd (sweetened)
2-3 tbsp tamarind chutney
Green chutney according to taste
1 cup boiled potatoes
Chat masala
Chilli powder
Jeera powder
Method :
Arrange puris on a plate.
Put boiled potatoes, sev, curd and chutneys.
Sprinkle the chat masala and powders.
Add finely chopped onion and coriander leaves if desired sprinke more sev.
