Indian Cooking Recipe : Sweet and Khari Biscuits
Ingredients :
1 cup rice flour
1 cup plain flour
½ cup wheat flour
¼ tsp salt
Red chilli powder
4 or 5 tbsp sugar
½ tbsp ghee
Method :
Mix the rice flour, plain flour and wheat flour with water, ghee, salt and chilli
powder.
Make the dough as medium size balls and roll it as circle shape.
Cut it long slices and make 3 or 4 folds of each slice.
Put kadai on the stove and pour oil in it and make deep fry all these slices
in oil.
Make sugar powder and sprinkle it on these biscuits.
