Indian Cooking Recipe : Pita Pockets
Ingredients :
1 large pita bread, cut into 4 pieces
4 tbsp rich mayonnaise
250 g iceberg lettuce, shredded
12 rashers of bacon, crisp fried
1 large tomato, cut into 12 slices
salt and pepper to taste
Method :
Open the pita pockets and spread the mayonnaise. Build the sandwich with the
lettuce, bacon and tomatoes. Wrap in butter paper for carrying.
