Ingredients:

 
For the stewed pears:
6 medium sized pears
7 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 cloves

Other ingredients:
6 table spoons orange sauce

Method :


For the stewed pears:
Peel and slice the pears.
Mix the sugar, lemon juice, cloves and ¾ teacup of water.
Add the pears and cook until soft.
Coil.

How to proceed ?
Put the stewed pears into individual bowls. 
Top with cold orange sauce 
Serve immediately
