Indian Cooking Recipe : Kharbuza Rasayan
Ingredients :
1 ripe kharbuza
½ cup sugar
½ pav beaten rice
½ litre milk
3 cardamom pods
Method :
Boil the milk and keep aside to cool
Skin kharbuza. Discard its innermost soft part.
Chop into small cubes and mix sugar. Also add boiled and cooled milk.
Mix beaten rice and powdered cardamom. Ready to serve.
