Indian Cooking Recipe : Mango Pachadi
Ingredients :
1 mango, finely grated
2 green chillies
1 red chilli
½ cup jaggery
¼ tsp mustard
a few curry leaves
a small pinch salt
½ tsp cooking oil
Method :
Cook the grated mango and green chillies in water. Once this is cooked put jaggery
and cook till jaggery melts.
Put salt. Fry mustard, red chilli and curry leaves in little oil and add
it to the pachadi.
